São Paulo, the largest city of Brazil

São Paulo is the largest city of Brazil with 11,9 million people


11,9 million people live in São Paulo. The city has more than 12,500 restaurants of all types and prices. In 2014 the city received more than 15,08 million of visitors.

In São Paulo you can visualize the paradise and the chaos at the same day.

Here are some options to visit this huge city:

1) Paulista Avenue - buildings, Masp Museum (Modern Art), fair on the weekends, on Sundays it's possible to cross the avenue without cars

2) Municipal Market - it's possible to taste exotic fruits, eat the famous "pão com mortadela" (bread with mortadella) and "pastel de bacalhau" (a thin pastry envelope with codfish or other different fillings like cheese, chicken or palm heart - deep fried in vegetable oil)

3) Italian restaurants at Bixiga - you can feel like in Italy with the food and music

4) Ibirapuera Park - It has a large area for leisure, walking and jogging, as well a vivid cultural scene with a museum hall and museums 

5) Botanic Garden - beautiful place with many trees and awesome view. It also has a good restaurant inside.

6) Liberdade, the Japanese neighborhood - you can buy Japanese souvenirs, see beautiful buildings and taste delicious types of Japanese food

7) Sightseeing SP - Hop on Hop off / At 9 a.m., 12:40 p.m. and 16 p.m. from stop 1 - Luz (Except on Sundays). It is possible to embark on any of the circuit stops
